Privacy
Short version: what you type into the forms reaches us, and the first question goes to an AI model so it can suggest a page plan. There are no cookies, analytics or trackers anywhere on this site.
What’s collected
- What you type into the brief — what your business does, who buys from you, what you want visitors to do, and the link you paste, if you paste one.
- Your email address, but only if you choose to send us one.
- If you become a client: what you tell us about your business on your project page, any photos, logos or documents you upload, and what you send about your hosting account and web address.
- If you pay: Stripe handles the card. We see your name, email and that the payment went through — never the card number.
- Standard request logs kept by the hosting provider, Cloudflare.
Where it goes
- Your brief answers are sent to OpenAI so the page plan can be generated. Data sent through the OpenAI API is not used to train their models.
- If you become a client, what you write about your business on your project page — and up to a few of the images you attach, such as a price list — is sent to OpenAI too, so it can be sorted into the questions we still need to ask. Same terms: not used for training.
- If you check whether a web address is free, the name you type is sent to Cloudflare’s domain registry service to find out. Buying it happens on Cloudflare’s own site, in your own account — we never see your card.
- If you paste a link, this site fetches that public page and includes its text with the brief, so the plan can be about your actual business.
- What you send is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site: messages and briefs in its key-value storage, uploaded files in a private storage bucket only we can open.
- Emails between us are sent through Resend.
- Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for profiling.
Rate limiting
So the forms can’t be abused, a one-way hash of your IP address is stored for about an hour along with a request count. The address itself is never written down, the hash can’t be turned back into it, and the record deletes itself after the hour is up.
Cookies and tracking
None. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies of any kind. That’s why there’s no cookie banner on this site.
The one thing kept in your browser: while you fill in your brief, your answers are saved on your own device so a closed tab doesn’t lose them, and cleared once you send it. A copy is also saved with your project, so you can start on your phone and finish on a computer.
Keeping and deleting
What you send us is kept in our email and in the storage above. Ask us to delete yours and we’ll delete it from both. If we’ve built you a site, we keep the project files so we can fix things later — say the word and those go too.
