What $1,000 gets you

Included

  • Custom design Two directions on day one — you pick one
  • All the writing You don’t write a word
  • Images Sorted out even if you have none
  • Built and responsive Fast, and right on every phone
  • Your domain, connected Bought in your name, set up by me
  • Hosting Set up, and free to run
  • SEO basics Titles, link previews, sitemap — a page Google can read
  • Enquiries in your inbox Nothing to log into — or a button into the booking system you already use

Not included

  • Multi-page sites This is one page, done properly
  • Logo & brand identity I work with what you already have
  • Changes after launch Broken things fixed free. $150 per update request

That’s the whole list. No upsell at the end, and no second invoice.

One page works when you’re selling one thing.

Works well for

  • Local services Pool builders, plumbers, electricians, cleaners, movers. One phone number, one quote form, done.
  • Places people come to Cafes, gyms, salons, auto shops, clinics. Hours, location, prices, and a way to book.
  • When you are the business Lawyers, therapists, coaches, trainers, consultants. Who you help, and how to reach you.
  • Something new A launch, an event, a service you’re testing. One page is the fastest way to find out if it lands.

Doesn’t work for

  • A real catalog Fifty products and a cart is a store, not a page. Shopify does that better than I would.
  • A site that keeps growing A blog, dozens of service pages, customer logins — that needs a different build.
  • A business still working out what it sells Layout can’t fix that, and I’d be taking your money.

The line isn’t your industry, it’s the job. A bookstore doesn’t need me for the shelves — but if the thing that actually fills the room is your Thursday author nights, that’s one page, and I’d build it.

  1. Day 0

    You answer a few questions

About fifteen minutes, in your own words. That’s your part of the work.

  2. Day 1

    Two design directions

The top of your page, done two different ways. Pick the one that feels like your business — or take a full refund and we stop there.

  3. Day 2

I build the one you picked. Nothing needed from you.

  4. Day 3

Your full page, on a link

A real page in a real browser, not a picture of one. Open it on your phone, send me everything you want changed.

  5. Day 4

I make your changes. Still nothing needed from you.

  6. Day 5

    Live on your domain

Working, fast, findable. The code and the hosting account are yours.

Day zero starts when your brief is done, not when you pay. If I’m waiting on you at any point, the clock pauses. Two rounds of changes are included, and I turn each one around within 24 hours.

What they said

I shared the basic details about my boat rental business and they took care of the rest. The site looks great, clearly explains the service, and the booking form was a nice addition. Really happy with how it turned out.

Questions you’d ask on a call

Since we’re not having one, here are the answers.

What if I don’t like the design?

On day one you get two design directions for the top of your page. Pick one and we build it. If neither is right, tell me and I refund you in full — no forms, no questions. After you pick a direction, we’re building, so the refund window closes there.

Do I have to write anything?

No. You answer a handful of plain questions about your business — what you do, who buys from you, why they pick you. I write the page from that. You read it before it goes live and tell me what to change.

I don’t have good photos.

Most businesses don’t. If you have photos, I’ll use them. If you don’t, I’ll source and prepare what the page needs. Your actual work, your team and your products stay real — I never invent those.

Where are you?

Spain. I work in writing, on your schedule — most of your page gets built while you’re asleep. If you want someone to sit in meetings with you, I’m the wrong person.

Do you use AI?

Yes, like every designer does in 2026. What matters is what happens after: I art-direct every page, rewrite what the tools get wrong, and I’m the one accountable for the result. You’re buying a finished website, not a prompt.

Can I change the text myself later?

Not yet — right now changes go through me at a flat $150 per update request — bundle as many small ones as you like into a single message — and anything broken I fix for free. Self-editing is coming, and when it does it will be free for pages I’ve built.

Who owns the domain and the site?

You do, both. You buy the domain in your own name — I’ll tell you exactly where and what to click. The code is yours, the hosting account is yours, and you can take all of it somewhere else any day you like.

What does hosting cost?

Nothing, for a page like this. It runs on a free tier that a one-page site will not outgrow. The only recurring cost you have is the domain, around $11 a year, paid to your registrar — not to me.

Can people book a time on the page?

If you already use a booking system — Booksy, Square, Fresha, whatever it is — the page gets a button straight into it, and that becomes the main thing on the page. If you don’t have one and you sell appointments, say so in the brief: you open the account in your own name, I wire it up for $150, and it stays yours.

What if I need more than one page?

Then I’m not your best option. This is one page, done properly, at a fixed price. If what you need is a five-page site with a blog and a store, hire someone who does that — you’ll get a better result.

How do I pay?

Card, once, $1,000, through Stripe. No deposits, no invoices to chase, no monthly anything.

What if I go quiet for a week?

Nothing bad happens — the clock just pauses while I’m waiting on you. Your two rounds of changes stay available for 14 days after I hand the page over.

Start with one sentence.

Tell me what your business does. I’ll come back with the page I’d build for it — the sections, the order, and why. Takes about ninety seconds, costs nothing.

No account. No payment yet.
